Denver International Airport (DIA) is a convenient choice for out-of-town guests, located approximately 2 hours away from our venue. While the drive is scenic and straightforward, we recommend planning ahead for transportation or coordinating a car rental for a seamless journey to the celebration!

We recommend The Osprey for its proximity to the wedding venue, making it a convenient and comfortable choice for your stay. You are welcome to select any other hotels within the resort. Please use the following to ensure a discount. Your guests can call (855) 947-0439. This is a reservation line dedicated to making reservations for group guests. Guests can call every day from 8am-5pm MT. Please ask your guests to refer to the group code SBCFRE25 or the group name Conklin/Walker Wedding. For additional nearby options to get the discount, consider:St. James Beaver CreekElkhorn Lodge Discount not applicable for the Hyatt and the Ritz. Also note the VRBO &amp; East West Resorts options to book condos or houses. All recommended hotels offer the free Village Connect shuttle service that allow for on demand rides to anywhere in the resort.

The Osprey at Beaver Creek, a RockResort offers ski-in/ski-out access to Beaver Creek Resort. Free WiFi Access is available. A year-round outdoor pool and a hot tub can be enjoyed by guests. Mountain views, a seating area with a fireplace and a flat-screen cable TV with satellite channels are offered in all rooms at Osprey at Beaver Creek. A microwave, a small refrigerator and an private bathroom are also included. At The Osprey at Beaver Creek, a RockResort a restaurant and a fitness center are available. Other facilities offered at the property include grocery deliveries, meeting facilities and a shared lounge. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including skiing, golfing and hiking. The property provides free parking. Strawberry Park Express is adjacent to the property. Eagle County Regional Airport is 35 minutes’ drive from The Osprey at Beaver Creek, a Rock Resort. To ensure the property is prepared to address the realities of COVID-19, they have rolled out enhanced safety protocols designed to provide both guests and employees with a safe and enjoyable experience. The new safety guidelines include limited touchpoints at check in, property-wide enhanced cleaning measures, shared space guidelines in elevators and physical distancing policies.

New protocols include the following: 
• Guests will be asked to maintain physical distancing guidelines and use face coverings when in common areas. 
• Elevator usage will be limited to individuals or families traveling from the same household.
• Transactions will be cashless. 
• Room keys will be cleaned and disinfected before they are placed into guest packets.

Osprey 303

Located on Beaver Creek Ski Mountain, this resort provides ski-to-door access, an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, a restaurant and cafe and a ski school. Featuring an ice skating rink and boutiques, Beaver Creek Village is adjacent to the resort. Each room provides bathrobes, as well as free WiFi and a flat-screen cable TV. Select rooms feature mountain views at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa, Vail Valley. After a day of activity, guests can enjoy the sauna and hot tub at Park Hyatt Resort Beaver Creek. Allegria Spa offers spa services onsite. Ski hire, concierge services and baby-sitting services are available. In-room breakfast is available. The 8100 Bar and Grill offers American cuisine. The Café features deli sandwiches to go, as well as coffee and pastries. Buckaroo Express is a 1-minute walk from the accommodations, while Centennial Express - 6 is a 3-minute walk away. Eagle County Regional Airport is 35 minutes' drive away from Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa, Vail Valley, while Vail Ski area is 20 minutes' drive away.

This year-round, ski-in, ski-out mountain retreat is located on Beaver Creek Mountain. It offers 5 dining options, an award-winning spa with men’s and women’s saunas and a gym with weekly fitness classes. The rooms at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an iPod station and a marble bathroom. Guests can relax at the outdoor swimming pool, or enjoy a body massage at the 21,000 square-foot Bachelor Gulch Spa. The spa also offers a range of body scrubs, body wraps and facial treatments. The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch also offers breakfast, lunch and dinner made with local ingredients in WYLD. The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch is also a pet-friendly hotel and offers turndown treats for pets. Guests have preferred tee times at two 18-hole championship courses at the Red Sky Golf Club.
