What is the dresscode?
The dress code is Black Tie Optional. Since our celebration will take place in the mountains in September, we encourage you to dress for both elegance and the weather. Afternoon temperatures may be mild, but evenings can be quite cool. We recommend bringing a coat, shawl, or wrap to stay warm.
Is transportation provided?
Getting around is easy! Beaver Creek offers a complimentary on-demand shuttle service through the Village Connect app. We highly recommend downloading the app before you arrive, as it's the easiest way to request rides throughout the village during your stay. In addition to Village Connect, transportation will be provided for our wedding events, with pickup locations and schedules shared closer to the wedding weekend.
What time should I arrive before the ceremony?
Shuttles for guests will run from Centennial Station between 3:45 and 4:15 PM, taking you to our venue. C-Bar is right near the pickup point and has a beautiful mountain view — a great spot for a pre-shuttle drink!
How will I get home?
Shuttles will run on a loop from Allie's Cabin back to Centennial Station throughout the evening. Village transportation can be utilized until midnight to get wherever you are staying within the resort. A hired shuttle service will be available after midnight from the afterparty to where you are staying.
Is there a Registry?
Having you with us to celebrate is the only gift we need. If you'd still like to give something, we'd love for you to donate to a charity close to your heart.
